Training
We are committed to supporting our dealer partners, providing a structured training routine to streamline detailing processes and improve efficiency. We are proud to sit on the board of International Detailing Association (IDA) of Canada, and offer a variety of training options:
- In-person training, following the IDA reviewed “Vehicle Care Training” guidelines
- Car Care Coaches online subscription, which provides detailed virtual training on all reconditioning subjects (personalized options are available)
- Private events for IDA Training and Certification
Our typical structure for providing IDA certification is as follows.
- Tier 1 – New employees, gain access to Car Care Coaches as well as periodical in-person training
- Tier 2 – IDA Membership
- Tier 3 – Becoming an IDA-Certified Detailer
- Tier 4 – Long-term and high-performing employees may gain skills validated certification through the IDA.
